New Way to Pay For Your Memberships. Starting November 1st.

We have been getting a few questions about our new billing system  Hopefully this article will help everyone.  We decided to change how we handle our billing service because we wanted to make it easier for our students and members.  Our goal is to cut out all the extra steps and just focus on classes and training.  Our Square App Credit Card reader just did not offer enough of what we needed.  We were disappointed in the lack of features it didn't have.  

Using our new billing service our members should have received an email with their November 1st invoice attached as a PDF.  Here are some of the main questions we have received 

1. There is a link to pay online in the email, is it safe?  Yes Intuit's site is very safe.  Intuit develops Quickbooks and Quicken software and offers merchant services to many small to large businesses so they take our information and your information very seriously.  To read more about their security please visit: http://security.intuit.com/index.php
   
   
2. Is this service free?  Yes this service is 100% free, no extra charges or hidden fees.  Just type in your bank account information or credit card information and that's it, done.  For more information please visit: https://ipn.intuit.com/s/LearnMore
   
   
3. Why is this better than just paying at Evolution in person?  It is less time consuming than coming in early before class or staying after your workout all sweaty to pay.  Most of you don't even bring your wallets or checkbooks anyways.

4. Can I still pay at Evolution? I don't like the internet.   Yes we will be more than happy to take care of your payment in person.  We will still accept most major credit cards, checks, or good ole fashion cash.  

We are looking into simplifying this process even more by having your credit cards or bank accounts charged automatically.  I know many of you are interested in this, we will keep you posted.

Morning CrossFit Moving to Mon and Wed Starting Nov 5th.

The title says it all.  Tuesday and Thursday 6am morning CrossFit class is moving to Monday and Wednesdays starting NOVEMBER 5th.

FRIDAY OCTOBER 26th

• Regular Hapkido and Kickboxing Classes CANCELLED Due to Testing. 
• Tiny Tigers and CrossFit classes are still ON. 
• Jr Exam – 5pm to 6pm 
• Adult / Teen Exam – 6pm to 7pm 

SATURDAY OCTOBER 27th

• ALL CLASSES CANCELLED due to Belt Graduation. 
• Crush Cancer WOD Culver City 

TUESDAY OCTOBER 30th

• Show off your Halloween costume. Wear it to class day. (Must leave masks and accessories off the mat) 

WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 31st

• All Junior Classes CANCELLED due to Halloween. Have fun Trick or Treating, stay safe.
• All Adult Classes ON

Vinyasa Yoga Classes Starting Soon at EVO

We are proud to present a Vinyasa Yoga program starting very soon at Evolution Martial Arts Academy. Vinyasa Yoga is a flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath becomes an important component because you move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. The constant movements from one pose to another, gives an added cardiovascular benefit, which more traditional forms of yoga do not have. The consistant practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress.

This is a great compliment to CrossFit for those days off.  We are thinking about offering the class Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-11am.  More class times will be available as we soon as we gain more interest in this program.  If you are interested in different times or days please send us an email to info@evomaa.net.  We will take your suggestion into consideration when we officially finalize the time and start date.  Thanks again, we are always looking to improve our community and what can offer to our students.

3:30pm & 4pm Classes Cancelled (10/9/12) Due to Filming of Documentary Show Airing on Oxygen Channel.

Sorry for the late notice everyone.  We will be canceling Tiny Tigers at 3:30 and Hapkido Jr. class at 4pm today due to filming of a documentary type show which will be airing on Oxygen Channel.  Juniors can come to the 6pm class instead.  Sorry for the inconvenience, thank you.
